This bid is based on what (NWC) No Worries Construction believes would be the scope of work need to do the list of items wanted done.. Please NOTE that this is just a BUDGET NUMBER that I (NWC) believes would take to complete the project. Also NOTE that the price of the project could very plus or minus in cost depending on what actually is being done. The billing will be billed, at all invoice from sub-contractors or venders plus 18% for (GC) General Contractor Fee’s. NWC will show all bill’s and Invoice’s with every Payment Requests.
